There is a special children's loyalty system for our young guests. It also includes 3 levels and gives additional discounts, toys and souvenirs, and special compliments depending on the number of stays at the hotel.

Points and rewards
Book rooms on the official website, accumulate nights, get discounts and privileges at two Nikolsky Ryad hotels - Express Sadovaya and Teatralnaya Ploshchad.
Statuses can be achieved by accumulating nights during hotel stays based on bookings made through the hotel's official website www.theatresquare-hotel.ru .
The rates for program participants do not apply to reservations from 8 (eight) rooms, nor do they apply to special rates, current bookings, and group bookings. Save your data in your Personal Account on our website and receive a personal loyalty program participant number.
Bookings made on third-party websites are not included in the accumulated nights.
To account for the nights spent, the guest must personally stay at the hotel and pay for their stay using any available payment method.
Only nights spent on bookings made on the hotel's official website are counted.
The privileges of the loyalty program participant apply only to the participant himself, without the right to transfer to third parties, regardless of the number of rooms booked by him, and are available only if the reservation is made on the official website of the hotel.
Nights booked with group rates are not counted towards the status upgrade.
The loyalty program is valid only at the Express Sadovaya and Teatralnaya Ploshchad hotels.
Room upgrade directly depends on the hotel's occupancy and availability of rooms of higher categories on the day of the guest's arrival.
When booking rooms through direct booking channels, loyalty program members receive exclusive rates (Rates for Members).
Previous nights of stay at the Express Sadovaya and Teatralnaya Ploshchad hotels before the date of the official publication of the current loyalty program are not counted.
Privileges are granted immediately from the moment of registration on the website.
The loyalty program is the same for both of our hotels - Theater Square and Express Sadovaya.
